Summer House Project

This was a project from 2024. My customer ordered the Summerhouse which would be erected by the seller on site. I had to create the concrete base using the dimensions supplied. Once in place, the plan was to transform the summerhouse into a small clinic. Floor was insulated and boarded. Walls and ceiling were clad with insulated plasterboard to create a cavity. exterior timber fitted with vents top and bottom. Existing glazing was swapped out for double glazed units. Electric lighting and powerpoints were installed. Walls and ceiling were clad using decorative panels. Floor was laid with LVT.
