This is a Victorian Coach House with a self contained flat above. The kitchen and bathroom in the flat are on this site too. The ground floor is huge and not used as a garage. The owners decided that they wanted to split it in half and have a gym. Let the fun begin!! Timber floor insulated. Insulated plasterboards on studding to form a cavity.
